Conant Theatre presents: ‘Peter and the Starcatcher’ April 19 and 20
The Tony Award-winning play, “Peter and the Starcatcher” follows Peter Pan (Jessica Pfeifer) and his mates who are being shipped off to a distant island from Victorian England. On the way, the boys are discovered by a precocious young girl named Molly (Maya Cronfel), a Starcatcher-in-training. She realizes that a trunk in the captain’s cabin is carrying starstuff, a celestial, powerful substance. When the ship is taken over by pirates – led by the fearsome Black Stache (Reid Miller), a villain determined to claim the trunk and its treasure for his own – the journey quickly becomes a thrilling adventure.
Directed by Katherine Apperson-Skobel, student-directed by Emily McCoy, and student-vocal director April Suh, Conant Theatre is pleased to present “Peter and the Starcatcher” April 19-20. Performances will be in the CHS Plate Auditorium at 7 pm both days and 2 pm on the 20th. Interested in seeing the show? Tickets are on sale here!
