GALLERY: Football vs Barrington

Battling against the Barrington Broncos, the undefeated football powerhouse, for the last game of the season was nothing short of challenging. The game started off on a positive note with a 34 yard touchdown by Junior Bradley Biedke, getting The Den to erupt. After Barrington equalized, Conant stepped in front once again with a 39 yard pass by Senior Matthew Maize and a 3 yard touchdown rush by Senior Cooper Hanson to make the score 12-7 to the Cougars. Unfortunately, the Cougars lost their composure and were dominated by the Broncos for the rest of the game, getting to a score of 45 points. The Cougars were able to get one final push in, a 9 yard touchdown by Senior Lennon Johnson, resulting in a final score of 19-45. The Crier staff congratulates all the seniors on Senior Night, and wishes nothing but the best for their future.
