Conant’s ninth annual Health and Wellness Fair taught the importance of physical and mental health to students. On Friday, April 27, organizations like the Hoffman Estates Police Department and Amita Healthcare promoted the importance of relieving stress in healthy ways. There were also student-run booths like Conant Students Against Gun Violence and Operation Snowball. Students could visit the fair in the gym during their lunch hours to learn about the resources available to them. They also had the opportunity to win candy and other prizes like t-shirts, gift cards, and bags.
